Jordan
Harvard Class of 2021
Specialist in BS/MD programs and Medical School Admissions
Jordan graduated from Harvard in 2021 with a degree in Neuroscience and Global Health. He is originally from Connecticut and was admitted to Princeton, Brown, Cornell, UNC, UVA, and several BS/MD programs, including the PLME program at Brown. While at Harvard, he conducted neurodegenerative disease research, mentored underrepresented students, participated in global health work in South America, taught a neuroscience seminar in Beijing, and was a leader in clinical shadowing, club sports, and Latinx cultural organizations. After graduation, he worked as a healthcare consultant in Boston and now is a first year medical student. He is a published author in Nature and hopes to work in medical device innovation and research. Most recently Jordan was accepted to multiple medical schools including Yale and Michigan, he is currently a third year medical student at Michigan Medical School with a full ride scholarship.

Specialist in Economics & Finance
Sahara graduated from Harvard in 2021 where she studied Economics with a minor in Government and citation in Italian. While she is originally from New York City, she has a strong international background, coming from a Pakistani-American family and having attended international schools in Beijing and London for 5 and 2 years, respectively. During her time abroad she learned Mandarin and French, with a clear passion for languages.
At Harvard, she held leadership positions in the Tutoring Agency at Harvard Student Agencies, The Harvard Crimson, Harvard Financial Analysts Club, and Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business. Sahara spent a significant portion of her time in college tutoring English on the platform Ringle, often helping students prepare for college admissions and job applications. Sahara is now working in Investment Banking, with a particular focus on Financial Sponsors.

Piroz Bahar is a Harvard College Class of 2020 graduate. He is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, and was recruited to play soccer for the United States Naval Academy as a junior in high school. While balancing a busy schedule as a Midshipman, varsity soccer player, and physics major, Piroz applied to transfer colleges during his sophomore year at the Naval Academy. Piroz was deciding between Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and Cornell when transferring and chose to attend Harvard for the remainder of his college years.
During his time at Harvard, Piroz completed an internship in management consulting, conducted basic science research in atomic, molecular, and optical physics, and worked as a clinical research coordinator in emergency medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. His dual interests in physics and medicine led to his pursuit of a medical imaging research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland and ultimate matriculation to medical school at the University of Michigan Medical School, where he received a full-tuition scholarship.
Since his graduation from Harvard, Piroz has served as an Alumni Interviewer for the Harvard College Admissions Department, where he has interviewed more than 30 candidates for admission. He has also successfully advised multiple students on their applications to college as high school and transfer students and served as a Harvard College Pre-Medical Advisor for two years. Piroz’s advisees have attended Yale University, Cornell University, the United States Naval Academy, the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, and Columbia University School of Medicine. He will be a dedicated advisor through all stages of the application process, including cultivating an excellent set of academic and extracurricular accomplishments in high school or college, writing an application that stands out and best showcases students’ achievements, preparing for admissions interviews, and deciding between programs. He also has specific expertise in transfer admissions and would be honored to work with students motivated to achieve their potential in higher education and beyond.

Eliel graduated from Harvard in 2021 where he studied Neuroscience and Global Health/Health Policy on the Premedical Track. He also was admitted to Yale, University of Pennsylvania, Brown, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, Northwestern, and the University of Minnesota. He is from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. At Harvard he held leadership positions with the Black Men’s forum, Harvard College Faith and Action, Harvard Club Flag Football, and directed an youth after-school program in the Cambridge area. He has operated an independent ACT tutoring service for 4 years, worked in consulting with the Boston Consulting Group, and with a cancer research startup. He was recently accepted to The University of Chicago for medical school and will be starting in the fall.

Julia attends University of Michigan studying Chemical Engineering and Math. She is originally from Michigan and was admitted to Dartmouth, UNC, Boston College, and several other BS programs, earning full ride scholarships. At Michigan, she conducts polymer physics research, applied mathematics research, mentors underrepresented students, and is a leader in Society of Women in Finance and club sports.

Kyle
Harvard Class of 2021
Specialist in Business School Admissions
Kyle graduated from Harvard in 2021 cum laude in Economics with two language citations in Spanish and Portuguese. In high school, he received a perfect 36 on the ACT and was also admitted to Yale, Duke, Vanderbilt, the United States Naval Academy, UNC - Chapel Hill, the University of Southern California, the University of Florida, and the University of Miami. He is from Miami, Florida.
At Harvard, he was Vice President and Inclusivity Chair of the Cuban-American Undergraduate Student Association. He also was a peer mentor for the Latinxs in Finance/Technology group, worked as an introductory Economics Course Assistant, and was involved in a variety of musical groups on campus as a trumpet player — including the world-famous Hasty Pudding Theatricals.
After college, Kyle worked in consulting with the Boston Consulting Group before transitioning into his current role as a guest insights and marketing researcher for a global quick-service restaurant brand. He eventually plans to earn his MBA and a Master’s in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he has been accepted to the Wharton School of Business through their deferred admissions program.

Kyra
Duke Class of 2023
Specialist in Neuroscience Careers and Medical Technology
College Acceptances
Kyra graduated from Duke University in 2023 with a bachelor’s of science in Neuroscience. Her minors were in Chemistry and Psychology and she also completed the premedical track.
At Duke, Kyra participated in several research labs studying topics such as early childhood cognition, machine learning applications in neuroimaging, adolescent risk and resilience, hormone therapy for Alzheimer’s, and cognitive restructuring. She also spent a summer at the NIH in the qMRI core lab developing new methods for frozen tissue imaging.
At Duke, she was a member of the pre-medical professional student organization Phi Delta Epsilon, a senior student mentor in the Neuroscience Majors Union and is currently serving as an alumni board member at the Duke Institute for Brain Sciences.
Kyra is currently at Georgetown University in DC, completing her Master’s degree in Biotechnology and plans to enter the medical device industry. She would love to speak with you about your college plans, especially if you are interested in Neuroscience, Neurotechnology, AI/ machine learning, or Duke basketball!
